Another Unfortunate Situation

So today I had the opportunity to get in and see my doctor with respect to my knee.  Unfortunately it sounds like I am down and out for a little bit longer.

The doctor suspects a tear in the cartilage along with some damage under my knee cap.  Currently these are the two areas that are causing me the most amount of pain.

I have been put on a pain killer and anti-inflammatory and have been ordered to go to physio.  Thankfully I was able to make my first physio appointment for Monday.

I am hoping that when I go to physio I will be given some more answers.  My knee is in a great deal of pain tonight due to the doctor manipulating it so much at my appointment.  I am currently sitting with a giant ice pack on my knee hoping to bring down some of the swelling.
